GSIs deeply embedded in Enterprise making it difficult to onboard with customers. Commercial accounts move faster but used to cheap local SIs. Still making good money and learning so happy where I am

Better comp structure & pay in general, more freedom, top SI partner, not much to complain about. Inbound lead is low because our prospecting comes thru engaging Salesforce AEs.
