Former Employee Commission and base aren’t bad, but you feel overworked and uninspired by team success, as your goals are changed around in February based on team performance, while your selling cycle starts in August. When the team is good you’re pressured to be working insane hours, and when the team is bad the same applies as they want you to prove yourself. Also no commission from October to February until you get a bulk commission check once the budget is set.
