With the TAM that Nooks has, it is increasingly getting harder for SDRs to books meetings with an already high quota, and the incentive could be greater. Getting good accounts is becoming harder and harder for SDRs.

Tons of opportunity for growth and they love to promote from within so as long as you come in and are a top performer, it’s a great place to be. Not much training, they hire experienced reps who are expected to come in and perform.
