Current Employee4.7Dec 22, 2024I love the company, best place I've worked, my only gripe is the location-based pay, someone in the same position can be paid 100% more than you based on their location. In reality, the other persons like is never 100% more expensive... Some "expert" somewhere said location-based pay was a good idea but it really affects morale. We should all get paid the same. End of
