Former Employee Leadership was constantly at odds with each other and could give no true strategic direction. There was no commitment to creating a true enablement function, but more of a check box. Reps were responsible for selling, collecting invoices, customer care, and trouble shooting tech issues, leaving very little time for development. The culture is one of silos and is extremely political, not merit based at all. Browse Other Reviews
