Former Employee I left a successful role that I had exceeded at to follow a leader who I enjoyed working for. In my opinion they were not ready to move up market but went and hired a lot of enterprise reps that largely were very unsuccessful in the role. All greenfield accounts and some reps were favored and given opportunities by leadership. Reps that make their number mainly upsell and have an easier time reaching quota. There is a TON of rep turnover and they are very quick to let you go. Focus a lot on prospecting metrics which gives you little time to do "smart", well researched outreach.
