Good base experience to start off with. there is little to no room for upward mobility or growth as each location runs very thin. You will be doing 3-5 different jobs outside of your own. You will be paid below the industry average in hopes that your commissions will exceed that. Based on the field and location you are in that is a possibility but for others, commissions are pretty slim too. It is hard to get out of this field as industries outside don't qualify your experience into other industries outside of plastics.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever dealt with. The manager at the location I was at should not have been in charge of anyone at all. There is and was no expectations set, goals, 1 on 1’s.
