The commission structure is a "profit share model" so you are compensated at the end of the year with a one-time bonus, based on how your location does within the fiscal year. Every area is different and size deals fluctuate. Your commission is solely based on how your team performs within the year, if you are in an area that thrives you can do very well, but if you are in an area that doesn't grow or produce a lot of volume, your commissions can drastically vary based on the year.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever dealt with. The manager at the location I was at should not have been in charge of anyone at all. There is and was no expectations set, goals, 1 on 1’s.
