One of the worst experiences I’ve ever dealt with. The manager at the location I was at should not have been in charge of anyone at all. There is and was no expectations set, goals, 1 on 1’s. It was a “do as a I say, not as I do” mentality. Fingers would get pointed at everyone but the center manager. There is no commissions structure- they operate on a profit sharing model which is fine but you could have all these deals throughout the year and see $0 in additional compensation. Terrible company to work for, terrible management, and the district manager is horrendous when he comes into town.

The commission structure is a "profit share model" so you are compensated at the end of the year with a one-time bonus, based on how your location does within the fiscal year.
