Great idea. Acceptable execution in the market. Internal culture is the most toxic I've ever seen. You're not paid based on performance - you're paid based on the whims of the egomaniac who runs the place. If you somehow manage to appease him, you'll get paid less than you're owed. If you're his punching bag for that day then expect to have commissions taken away for no real reason. He's known for litigation and bad blood with former employees. If you're a hardcore masochist this is the place for you.

The CEO is a Narsicistic control freak who loves turnover, yells at everyone (regardless of their position) and has unrealistic goals. The main issue is all sales have to go directly through him at some point which means you have to interact daily.
