There have been a lot of changes in the GTM team at Productboard over the past couple of years. It feels like a good team is in place at the moment, but TBD if the product roadmap can meet customer's needs. Competition is also intense, though that's true everywhere.

Unfortunately, it is not the same company it was 2 years ago! High churn due to product not being enterprise-ready and lay-offs resulting in large tech debt.

Chaotic company. Constant leadership changes and pivots in strategy. Sales org is affected by frequent territory and account changes. There is a lot of inconsistencies in territory/account assignment, salaries and adherence to policies.
