Overall, the experience has not met expectations. Compensation initially seemed attainable; however, after mass layoffs and leadership changes, the goalposts were moved when no one was hitting targets to begin with. While people here are kind and flexible, they set unrealistic targets. Inbound flow is directed to one individual. There is no clear leadership structure, making it difficult to get answers or proper training. Leadership expects you to hit the quota but does not demonstrate that it is achievable.

It was great. PVcase is a very good place for young and experienced people to work. Culture is outstanding.

Horrible. Management was a joke and only certain people get inbounds. No one can hit quota yet they change it to be higher. Upper leadership creates a toxic work environment, shaming and telling everyone that you are not cut out for the job. They recently lost the SDR team lead and have been in shambles.
