Company I horrible to sales team and has unrealistic expectations. No time to ramp, expect to convert and make opportunities after 1 week without knowing the products. They have no clue what the market fit is and tells the reps to just “sell to anyone who will buy”. System is messy and management is manipulative and shaming. They also pay to delete reviews on Glassdoor.

Overall, the experience has not met expectations. Compensation initially seemed attainable; however, after mass layoffs and leadership changes, the goalposts were moved when no one was hitting targets to begin with. Great products, however management and executive teams are very disconnected from the rest of the company. Still navigating an international merger which causes the company to feel very disorganized at times.
