4 rounds of layoffs over 2023 into 2024, unable to obtain another round of fundraising at this time, and forced to downsize in new markets they entered too fast. Best traction in the US and UK markets. Difficult time displacing legacy systems like Microsoft PowerBI since nobody in the market knows who Pyramid Analytics is, and everyone has a mature data and analytics tech stack. No BDR support here anymore, field marketing has been slashed, and marketing leadership turned over and likely will turn over again in 2024 as inbounds are near zero. SE team is awesome.

Great pay, toxic culture, a lot of layoffs 3-4 layoffs in less than a year. Team went from 30-40 in sales to about 10 people in sales team and 10-20 people in marketing to basically non existent marketing team.

The challenge is set in the leadership. Quarterly changing strategy, poor internal comms, mixed go to market messaging and lack of understanding of market conditions and regional variations. A high attrition rate and several rounds of resizing in 9 months. No ramp up time for reps or consistency in value messaging.
