You will not receive inbound leads and If you do odds are you will not be able to get paid on them as each rep focuses on either staff augmentation or professional services. (This separation is new and enforced strictly) This is a great company that is going through growing pains. I believe the future is bright for Randstad and any prospective applicants should speak to current reps who know and understand the culture in their region.
