Before joining I suggest adding a 90 close statement that says that if they lay you off that you will be paid for any deal that you worked on that closes within 90 days of your departure.

Work here at your own risk! You either produce or your out. Little to no onboarding. If you have not sold billing or revenue applications before you're going to have a hard time being successful. It is a revolving door here.
