My overall experience at Redis has been great. We had changes last year that built up to a great FY25. Comp plans are new and made many people happy. Focusing on PG and bringing new logos allowed quite a few people to hit their targets early on. The leadership team pushes you to be a better salesperson overall, and it shows how our revenue is growing. The whole ecosystem around the sales organization has been shaped to make ICs successful.

SDRs are rarely promoted, probably less than 10% actually become AEs. The new leadership would rather hire external hires with no database experience than actually trained SDRs that are hitting their metrics.
