First of all 15%-20% of reps make their quota. This is NOT a sales driven company. Zero way that 40% number is correct. There is no help from inside sales. If you're in the clique you can be assigned decent account names. The product will soon lose its viability in the market. My overall experience was positive. Great product, compelling vision and story but highly complex. Scaling sales is difficult but landing a couple large deals is definitely possible. Ecosystem is vast and interesting and networking with partners is key.
