New leadership since the GSV/Blackstone investment. Guys actually sound like they may be able to take the company in a good direction… but also sounds like they’re wanting to cut salaries and positions, so we’ll see.

Despite have a pretty decent product in the market that works and existing customers overall like - buyer beware! The sales team and process is antiquated. There is no formal training or reinvestment into the sales team to better sales principals. Great company but the product doesn’t move. That’s the case with everything in property management software though. Be prepared for that at any of the PMS providers. Awesome product, the problem is no one switches systems but every 10-15 years and your ICP is very narrow here (no student, no commercial, no self-storage etc.) very, very hard sell.
