Great company but the product doesn’t move. That’s the case with everything in property management software though. Be prepared for that at any of the PMS providers. Awesome product, the problem is no one switches systems but every 10-15 years and your ICP is very narrow here (no student, no commercial, no self-storage etc.) very, very hard sell. If you don’t want to do site visits and get out in front of people A LOT this job isn’t for you.

New leadership since the GSV/Blackstone investment. Guys actually sound like they may be able to take the company in a good direction… but also sounds like they’re wanting to cut salaries and positions, so we’ll see.
