Former Employee Not good at all, no career or personal development, no direction from Exec team, arbitrary sales metrics, no idea how to build or run a SAAS company, toxic CEO/ Exec team, too focused on hyper growth, no demand gen or lead gen in place, CRM was a disaster, hire all sales team on contract so they can fire them whenever they please, no equity, no benefits, dilusitional when it comes to what it takes to grow a team, hire and retain their friends, fire top performers, CEO posts on Linkedin fake stories about sales team to make himself feel better and acts like a sales guru when he has never worked or lead a sales org in his life, I could go on and on
