The pay can be great at this company but it's become a call center that's lost their focus on rep development. Leaders manage through fear versus trying to fix the issues on why people aren't succeeding.

I've been a factoring sales rep for 7 years. The company has uncapped commissions, fair base compensation, has the best product reputation in the industry for transportation factoring.
