Current Employee I've been a factoring sales rep for 7 years. The company has uncapped commissions, fair base compensation, has the best product reputation in the industry for transportation factoring.
The company is privately held, meaning fast decisions to affect additional tools for sales reps to add to top line revenue.
The company does not deduct form commission for losses/write-offs as they want the sales team fully invested in top of funnel activity.
Account management needs are very low, as the operations team handles daily needs of onboarded clients. These means they focus on letting the hunters hunt to earn more commission and bring on new logos.
My only regret is that I did not find this opportunity sooner in my life as it has changed my life in terms of income and in my personal life regarding my ability to self -advocate for my personal life due to being a better communicator and leader.
The sales pressure is real. But the upside is incredible. If you are not a hungry sales person, this might not be for you. But if you are a hustler and a grinder, that work turns to compensation that turns to more upside opportunities. Browse Other Reviews
