However, it seems to greatly depends on your manager and account list to determine your success. Ramp is minimal (you will have a quota day 1), and onboarding takes a full quarter to complete.

There is extreme oversight from VPs who try to do the job of 1st line leaders. You won't own your deals and you will be told what to do without any ability to be creative or think for yourself.
