Former Employee Focus and execution were major issues at runZero. Once we built a large pipeline that sales had issues closing, money didn't come in causing issues throughout the org including layoffs.
Layoffs in April 2023 were announced as "deeper than needed to not need to cut again" yet there was another round the following quarter. The CRO and CMO were supposed to help solve problems but the CRO didn't last 60 days.
The tech is solid for what it is yet the company could run out of funding before that happens. There are some very good people at runZero and many are at their first time in their respective roles which doesn't give them experience to fall back on when times are difficult.
