Seldon was a great place to work with a fun, collaborative atmosphere and cutting-edge AI/ML technology. However, the company faced challenges in selling its paid MLOps platform due to competition from open-source alternatives. While the product had significant value, many potential clients opted for the free, open-source versions, making it difficult to drive sales. This presented a unique challenge in business development, despite the innovative solutions and strong team dynamic.

Product was a complete mess, we advertise features a did not exist. There is absolute zero testing or quality assurance process within development. Nobody in the Americas has sold anything in a year. The most toxic sales leadership I’ve ever seen.
