Shipbob was overall a good start to my sales career, I think I was promised a lot of growth and opportunity that ultimately did not come to pass even with meeting and exceeding my goals.

My experience here found that it is a churn and burn operation in regards to the position I was in. Not many people made it past a few months. There were also layoffs every few years. The positives include it being remote, a quality product that fit the market well, and an opportunity for serious growth if you can last longer than three months.
