Former Employee2.4Feb 7, 2025Side was ok and the role was fine but the product (becoming a brokerage) did not fit the market they were looking for. They went into it hamfisted and not well.

Current Employee1.4Aug 25, 2023No one hits quota and leadership doesn't care about you. The product doesn't work (Example: We tell agents we recruit for them to grow a team but we don't). Our "proprietary tech" doesn't agree with some MLS. This company has a niche product and after the pricing change it absolutely makes no sense for any agent to join Side

Former Employee1.3Jan 13, 2024My overall experience was not pleased. The leadership overhired and eliminated 40% of the sales dept. Culture is very cut throat and only 4 people on the team of 12 get inbounds. Partner churn is happening weekly and it’s because we’ve taken away so much of our value and changed our pricing in a negative way.
