The brand is great, but the commission structure is lacking.

Awesome as a start up. Utter failure at getting profitable. Fired almost every Sr. SGM. To try and save money. My base was $168k when I was laid off, made $380k the year before. Now they pay SGMs about $80-90k base salary.
