Strong company culture. Everyone is bullish on the future. In terms of overall leadership, strong. Just a bit confusing / not transparent when it comes to promotions, since it's not formalized (standard startup stuff)

my overall experience was great. I wouldn't change it for the world. Like all startups - very fast paced, and things can change at a moment's notice. The expectation is to work longer hours, so minimum work week is 45-50 hours. But the amount of learning and opportunity is too good to pass up! Will stay here for a few years at the very minimum.
