Everyone here seems to really want to succeed, even if not everything is figured out. Things change, but it usually makes sense. No one's going to be spoon fed, so hopefully you have some background in SaaS/Sales.

Generally a good sales rep can hit their target (or get close), but they have to be really good (and be able to source on your own).
