Joined in Q1 2025, only has gone down hill since then. No quota has been given to SDRs since Q1. Commission payments are supposedly paid out "quarterly", however some were missing more than 50% of it when we got paid out 6 months late. Leadership hasn't given any guidance to AEs or SDRs on KPIs or quota attainment from past quarters. Product has potential but the lack of prioritization of sales incentives has resulted in huge decline of revenue quarter over quarter.
