Spotio was a solid place to work. Trey, the CEO, understands how to run a business and is sales focused. The latest change in sales leadership hasn’t been positive. Most people are missing quota and for the first time in years, Spotio missed several sales targets.

Confusing CEO. Constantly changing opinions. Good Product, but changing to remove the best parts of comp (commission) and deal flow had been running dry.
