There are a number of fantastic people who work for Springbrook - across all levels. However, the Sales Director role has been a revolving door of people who's values vary dramatically, and that has had a pretty substantial impact on internal communication & overall morale.

Springbrook has an amazing product. It is very stable and fits the needs of most customers. However, leadership is ongoing turmoil, and stability is needed for future growth.
