Springbrook has an amazing product. It is very stable and fits the needs of most customers. However, leadership is ongoing turmoil, and stability is needed for future growth. The sales process is very relationship-oriented, which makes it easier to prospect. They have good customer support with a focus on delivering quick resolutions. The marketing approach is grounded in the public sector. However, there is no real road map on marketing that drives consistent inbound leads.

There are a number of fantastic people who work for Springbrook - across all levels. However, the Sales Director role has been a revolving door of people who's values vary dramatically, and that has had a pretty substantial impact on internal communication & overall morale.
