Unfortunate because the product isn’t bad and the majority of the individuals at the company are great. Just a total lack of proper communication and operational efficiency from leadership at HQ… huge decisions on leadership changes being made abruptly with seemingly no realistic contingency plan in place to achieve already unrealistic growth targets. Constantly changing comp plans well below market with unattainable bonus/accelerator targets for the majority of territories.

The people were easy to get along with but the training was terrible. The product didn’t have a lot of data for the sector I worked in, but the data team was working hard on creating those data sets. Overall, decent workplace. Improved over the years.
