Since acquisition and recent rebrand the culture completely diminished and the sense of direction is negligible. Sales training, coaching and professional development stipend were eliminated. Commission structure changed each year resulting in lower pay. Multiple layoffs. The best talent left.

Too many changes and too many leaders jumping ship. Culture appears to have jumped ship early on. Ownership from parent company could not be more disconnected. Not sure if they see the value in this division or they are keeping it as an experiment!

Leadership is so detached. Company went through 5 rounds of layoffs in the last 14 months. Top performers have had their pay cut significantly. Top talent continues to exit, leaving everyone scrambling to fill the gap. Even saw top performers let go with no notice, no rhyme or reason.
