They are proof that leadership does, in fact, matter. The leadership team is toxic, petty and inept. It is an environment where mediocrity or outright ineptitude are celebrated. Excellence is punished and integrity is completely non-existent. Yes, one can earn sizable commissions however it will be an uphill battle the entire way. The product, after five years, is still a MVP and not enterprise ready.

No product market fit. Comp plans change constantly. Toxic leadership. No professional development. Sales development used to hold AES accountable. Marketing used to rhetorically prove that sales is incompetent.

Experience has been great!! The product is a category creator which is both good and bad. Good is no competition bad is no competition. Currently a very evangelical sale only sold to the enterprise hence the long selling cycle and generous comp plan. Great culture , great people, great tech
