Ever since one of the co-founders left the company there has been a lack of transparency and an increase in less reasonable expectations. Marketing is untouchable and underperforming by a mile.

No product market fit. Comp plans change constantly. Toxic leadership. No professional development. Sales development used to hold AES accountable. Marketing used to rhetorically prove that sales is incompetent.

They are proof that leadership does, in fact, matter. The leadership team is toxic, petty and inept. It is an environment where mediocrity or outright ineptitude are celebrated.
