My overall experience was underwhelming and the opportunity was not what was advertised throughout the interview process. Leadership is weak - internal/external communication, market understanding, sales leader's who have done it before - really bad.

Shifting focus away from enterprise to cloud-native accounts limits the number of accounts that would seriously consider this solution. My experience: StrongDM was all show and no go. I was misled or outright lied to during the interview process about my territory and the supporting sales collateral. Sales Plan was motivating but there was no GTM strategy and no qualified sales leadership. No help from anywhere, total nightmare.
