Leadership really cares and wants you to succeed. From the very top execs to the team mangers, the culture is celebratory and supportive. They focus on nurturing a team-oriented selling culture, and every manager I've had has been invested in my professional development and my goals. The AI marketplace is evolving daily, so if you just want to be handed a manual to execute on then this is probably not the right place for you. However, if you're excited to strategize, collaborate, and get creative, then Grammarly is a great place to start or continue your sales career!

If you are serious about ENT Sales and want to work on large projects, then I recommend not working here. B2C and SMB product. Small deals. Severe lack of quota attainment.

Teams are struggling to get to quota. It's a very competitive space and Grammarly is not a priority to Enterprise buyers. I would not recommend working here.
