High KPIs (300+ calls/day) and constantly changing ICP. Management had BDRs calling users of the software to train AI to upsell users in the future. Management is always late to meetings and no compensation plan was ever given.

Pros: Really great leadership, VP is a killer salesperson and killer sales development leader. You will learn a-lot working here. Really great base salary and commision compensation. Cons: Quota attainment nonexistent currently, very strict requirements for pipeline to be accepted.
