Tremendous opportunity for growth if Symplr can ultimately figure out how to improve its product development capabilities. They are losing credibility in the market due to promises not kept.

My overall experience was fine. There's an opportunity to make money in this role, but the challenge is selling software and products they have had little to no improvements in the last 5-10 years. Most of the software is lagging compared with competitors.
