Current Employee My overall experience was mostly positive. symplr has a decent culture, but your experience there will definitely be tied to your department and leadership.
I fortunately had a supportive and dynamic manager who didn't micromanage and was always very clear in his expectations.
The one thing to be aware of is the repeated and unexpected force reductions. I was there 4 years and they reduced our force by 10% then 5% the following year, and the most recent RIF that caught me and an additional 5%.
Performance will NOT save you. I had multiple exceeds expectations and above during reviews for my entire tenure and that didn't matter at all.
