Current Employee The main driver of change with professional development and training is that they downsized our sales enablement team. We went from meeting 2-3 times a month for product knowledge, new product training and sales leadership training to less than 2 in the past 4/5 months. New leadership has come in and are still figuring out how "this" business is run. Leadership needs more product training. Browse Other Reviews
