The organization continues to develop a roadmap that differentiates the platform and puts it well ahead of the competition. Fast paced and very focused on rapid growth, this is going to be an environment where you succeed based on how much you put in. The business needs to ensure it's growing in a stable manner and not burn out people but so far I can see it's focused on hiring the best people on the market to grow quickly.

My overall experience was not a positive one due to cultural issues that stemmed from leadership and middle management. Unrealistic targets. Six figure ACV is not the norm. I also experienced constant 'account chipping' from team-mates. On the plus side, the people on the ground were mostly lovely. The product is good. Market leader.
