Bonterra has a massive road ahead of them. They have stripped just about every worthy leader of getting them through this next phase. Great products, with absolutely no leads coming in from anywhere. Lots of moving parts. Zero job security. Rolling layoffs. Good product and a good amount of leads/demos. Compensation plans haven’t changed since a started 2+ years ago and they are well below industry standards.
