Good people and great product, BUT leadership that don’t really seem to care much about you as an individual and will drive their sales team into the ground. Extremely intense culture. Everything is focused around PG. Senior revenue leaders don’t really step into to help in deals, and seem to critique everything without offering good advice or ideas back to you (aside from the obvious). And there is a serious lack of career development, unfortunately.

Synthesia has fostered an environment with an extremely high bar. A-players selling alongside A-players raising the bar every single day. The organization continues to develop a roadmap that differentiates the platform and puts it well ahead of the competition.
