Former Employee2.7Oct 3, 2024My overall experience was not a positive one due to cultural issues that stemmed from leadership and middle management. Unrealistic targets. Six figure ACV is not the norm. I also experienced constant 'account chipping' from team-mates. On the plus side, the people on the ground were mostly lovely. The product is good. Market leader.

Current Employee4.4Sep 19, 2024I don’t know that there is a better place to be in SaaS right now. Fantastic product, great team mates, happy customers and very attainable goals for all. I feel that the only negativity comes from those that have been at the company a while and relied inbound - there has been a shift to more of an outbound approach which has made those that have never done it...Read More
