Former Employee2.3Aug 17, 2023Pros - The base compensation is good and your coworkers are great. Cons - In my 3 years at Talend I experienced 4 CEOs. Mass layoffs were fairly common. The product hasn’t changed in years due to a small development team. Hitting quota is considered a rarity.

But things are changing regarding its recent merge with Qlik (also in. Toma Bravo's portfolio). Layoffs and reorganizations make it difficult to work at Talend + Qlik currently.
